This website is operated by The Falk Company Ltd. All credit and debit card transactions are securely processed by Barclaycard Merchant Services ePDQ. The Name that will appear on your statement is 'The Falk Company Ltd.'

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB and Visa Electron cards.

Product Information
All our watches are fully guaranteed for 2 years and come with a full written warranty.

Online Shopping
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

International Orders
All items ordered from countries within the EU are subject to a sales tax of 17.5%. Items ordered from outside of the EU will be exempt from the sales tax of 17.5%. The Falk Company Ltd. is however, not liable for any import duties / taxes you may incur upon receiving the ordered items.

Shipping
At KarlFalk.com , items in stock ordered before 11am will be despatched the same day. Items in stock ordered after 11am will be despatched the next working day. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Falk Company Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

UK Shipping: UK Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery times are normally 1-2 working days. KarlFalk.com does not charge for shipping costs within the UK.

International Shipping: International orders are shipped via Fedex. Delivery times are normally between 3-5 working days. We are currently offering free international shipping.

Watches are fully covered by ourselves during shipping.

Returns
At KarlFalk.com we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we understand that you may occasionally want to return items to us. In this event, items can be returned direct to KarlFalk.com within 7 days.

When returning items to KarlFalk.com, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and unused. On receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded in full. For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend sending the goods back to KarlFalk.com by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Please make sure to obtain a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

We will refund international orders, but the cost of shipping the product back to the UK is to be incurred by the purchaser. If products are shipped back to the UK from overseas, we recommend using a service where the item can be tracked. We are not liable for any items that may get damaged or lost in transit when being returned from overseas.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing us or calling us with your order reference number before 9am the day following your order. If you contact us after 9am the day following your order, your item may already have been despatched in which case the above terms of the Returns policy will apply.

The 7 day return policy is only valid for purchases made online or via the telephone from www.KarlFalk.com . If you have purchased a Karl Falk product from another stockist, you must refer to their individual return policies.

Orders
Once you have completed an online or telephone purchase, you will be sent an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. At that point a binding agreement will exist between us under these terms and conditions. We will take payment for your order immediately and goods will not be despatched until receipt of payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
